Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Part-time with flexible hours.
