Restaurant steward wanted in Warrington

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Warrington, England. Day-to-day duties: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Clear and reset tables between covers • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Rotating shifts.
