Vacancy available: fry cook (Nevada)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Elko County, Nevada. On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
