Immediate opening: delivery truck driver (Kansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a delivery truck driver in Cloud County, Kansas. You will be based in a refrigerated transport fleet. What we are looking for: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience On the job you will handle: • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
