Join our team: we are hiring a canteen cook in Ezeagu, Enugu State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 6+ years on the tools preferred.
