Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Jackson County, Florida. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges The role involves mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed.
