Meat cutter — Ikorodu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ikorodu, Lagos State. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Rotating shifts.
