We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. We are looking for basic cake decorating and piping skills; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; 2+ years' experience as a baker. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards 3+ years on the tools preferred.
