Now hiring: we are hiring a glass fitter in Accomack County, Virginia. You should have: • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools Your main tasks: • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
