Powder coating sprayer • Buji, Jigawa State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Buji, Jigawa State. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
