Argon welder wanted in Cameron County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Cameron County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
