Counter butcher wanted in Trimble County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Trimble County, Kentucky. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. On a typical shift you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
