Head butcher wanted in Rogo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Rogo, Kano State. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. 5+ years on the tools preferred. ₦90,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
