Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Bryan County, Georgia. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
