Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) On a typical shift you will insulate and ventilate the roof void; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing.
