Retail butcher • Kaita, Katsina State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Kaita, Katsina State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time, day shift. ₦300,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
