Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Fayette County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred On the job you will handle: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Write and edit G-code programs at the control Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience.
