Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred We offer $29 per hour plus benefits.
