Your main tasks: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time with occasional weekends.
