Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Levy County, Florida. You will work in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
