Site carpenter • Bichi, Kano State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in Bichi, Kano State. The job is in a cabinet-making workshop. The role involves: • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Own basic hand tools 3+ years on the tools preferred.
