Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Perry County, Ohio. The job is on a residential building site. You should have: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec On a typical shift you will cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches.
