Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Ejigbo, Osun State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Contact us to fix an interview.
