Furniture maker wanted in Lucas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a furniture maker in Lucas County, Ohio. The job is at a shopfitting company. Requirements: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Own basic hand tools Your main tasks: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board Six days a week, one day off.
