Now hiring: we are hiring a tile setter in Morrow County, Ohio. You will be based on a new-build housing development. On a typical shift you will run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even. You should have: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Part-time with flexible hours.
