Bread baker — Ijebu East

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Ijebu East, Ogun State. You will work in a bread factory. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
