Immediate opening: cook (Delta State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Aniocha South, Delta State. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
