Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in Reeves County, Texas. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
