Join our team: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Gbako, Niger State. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard The role involves feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size.
