Fabricator-welder • Dhemaji, Assam

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Dhemaji, Assam. On the job you will handle: • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec We are looking for comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces; can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols; ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
