Line cook — Moba

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Moba, Ekiti State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha 3+ years on the tools preferred.
