Short order cook wanted in Alimosho

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Alimosho, Lagos State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
