Dough maker wanted in Anka

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Anka, Zamfara State. On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
