Head baker wanted in Broward County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Broward County, Florida. You will be based in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
