Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Morigaon, Assam. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₹20,500 per month, based on your experience.
