What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
