CNC mill setter-operator • Oyigbo, Rivers State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Oyigbo, Rivers State. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Your main tasks: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production 6+ years on the tools preferred.
