Join our team: we are hiring a room service attendant in Wayne County, Kentucky. The job is in a coffee shop. On the job you will handle: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 5+ years on the tools preferred.
