Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Davis County, Utah. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
