Flat roof installer — Obi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Obi, Benue State. What we are looking for: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Your main tasks: • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
