Now hiring: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Mamit, Mizoram. The job is on a busy construction site. The role involves: • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board We are looking for good eye for detail and a clean finish; confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers; NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₹120 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
