Dishwasher wanted in Lokoja

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Lokoja, Kogi State. You will be based at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
