Press operator — Trinity County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press operator in Trinity County, Texas. You will work on the press shop floor. Day to day you will record output and downtime on the production sheet; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses 3+ years on the tools preferred.
