We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Keith County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
