Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
