Bread and bun maker wanted in Awgu

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Awgu, Enugu State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
