We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Bakassi, Cross River State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving ₦600 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
