House painter wanted in Edwards County

Now hiring: we are hiring a house painter in Edwards County, Illinois. The job is on commercial fit-out projects. What we are looking for: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator Day-to-day duties: • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $7,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
