Urgent requirement: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Bonny, Rivers State. You will work on re-roofing and repair jobs. You should have: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A good head for heights and steady balance • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Your main tasks: • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
