Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Ngor-Okpala, Imo State. The job is at an automotive body and exhaust shop. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Your main tasks: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₦85,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
